Questions? Here’s Some Answers! 

+ When will I hear back about my reservation request?

Our office hours are 6:30-10:30 and 4-7pm, Monday through Friday. You may not get a response outside of those hours, regardless of if you text or email. Dogs will receive spaces in the order the reservations are received, so don’t wait for office hours to reach out!

+ How do I avoid the dreaded NO SHOW LIST?

Please cancel days you do not need before 10 am the day of the reservation.

+ What happens if my dog ends up on the NO SHOW LIST?

Your dog’s social secretary will receive some friendly reminders–first verbal and then written. If the No Shows continue, they will lose the ability to reserve days in advance and will need to call in every morning your dog would like a spot. 

+ What happens if I show up at the door without a reservation?

The staff opening the door will look at you quizzically. If we are full, you may be turned away, which may be very disappointing for your dog. 

+ How will I know the reservation was received?

For texts, you will receive a “Thumbs Up” emoji if your request is confirmed or a message regarding the Wait List if the day(s) you request are full.
